  • The Chi Train exists to help individuals connect with themselves & others by removing the mental, emotional, and physical blockages that prevent them from living a holistic lifestyle and therefore living with more freedom. Through small group training focused on movement, nutrition, and mindset & community the Chi Train builds long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored support in a community setting. With an emphasis on authenticity, support, and goal commitment, the Chi Train provides varied and adaptable movement sessions, nutritional and mindset training that keep people engaged while ensuring that the lifestyle is financially sustainable and personally transformative.

  • Holistic fitness is a comprehensive approach to wellness that integrates the 4 pillars of movement – nutrition – mindset & community to create a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. It goes beyond traditional exercise by focusing on a multi-faceted approach, knowing that true health involves more than just physical activity. Holistic fitness emphasises the importance of nourishing the body with healthy foods, maintaining a positive relationship with oneself and others, and addressing emotional and mental barriers to personal growth. By considering the whole person, holistic fitness fosters long-term well-being, adaptability, and the ability to live life with purpose and vitality.

    Examples of this include some mindset trainings that we’ve ran in the past:

     

    • Breathing - techniques to de stress 

    • Sleep health & how to ensure quality sleep occurs 

    • Vision and goals framework  

    • Knowing your why - when you know your why , your how is easy 

    • Morning rituals - morning routines 

    • Developing aligned habits 

    • Love - Creating time for the things that light you up from the inside that which you love 

    • Foundational actions - do you have 1 in each of your 3 areas that move you towards your vision ?

    • Fear of being vulnerable - fear of failure - fear of setting big goals that really stretch us 

    • Building authentic confidence 

    • Motivation - intrinsic or extrinsic
