The Chi Train exists to help individuals connect with themselves & others by removing the mental, emotional, and physical blockages that prevent them from living a holistic lifestyle and therefore living with more freedom. Through small group training focused on movement, nutrition, and mindset & community the Chi Train builds long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored support in a community setting. With an emphasis on authenticity, support, and goal commitment, the Chi Train provides varied and adaptable movement sessions, nutritional and mindset training that keep people engaged while ensuring that the lifestyle is financially sustainable and personally transformative.
