About Kris
Although Kris has an elite sporting background, having been in the Australian Football League (AFL) system for 11 years . . .
Kris has long held close to his heart, the fundamental belief that movement doesn’t judge, therefore why should we? In other words, Kris always wanted to create a safe and joyful environment in which people would feel seen and heard as they are ; while also pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Kris believes movement not only saved his life . . . . but it also paved a way of expanding his own mindset and limiting beliefs.

Meet Tracey… She is our Refuelling Coach. Tracey worked in the organic food industry for more than 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge in the health and wellness space. She passionately combines her love of food and more specifically healthy foods with her passion for wellbeing and genuinely shares this knowledge with the Chi Train community.
Together Kris and Tracey combine their passions to run one of the world’s best holistic lifestyle programs available. Offering a tailored individualised approach based on your needs and wants - changing lives for nearly a decade via the Chi system!
